Fifteen communities across Lake County, all run from one yard on 21244 FL-46 in Mount Dora. Here is exactly where we deliver, and how quickly.

Our yard sits on 21244 FL-46 in Mount Dora. That location decides the shape of our day: Mount Dora itself and the closest communities — Eustis, Tavares, Sorrento and the Mount Plymouth area — are usually same-day, and the rest of the county we cover — Leesburg, Clermont, Groveland, Minneola, Umatilla, Howey-in-the-Hills, Astatula, Montverde, Mascotte, Fruitland Park and Lady Lake — are typically same- or next-day depending on how far out the address sits along US-441, SR-50 and Florida's Turnpike. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
Each address falls under its own city — a street or right-of-way container needs that city's right-of-way permit through Public Works (Lake County Public Works for unincorporated addresses), while private-property placement needs none — and the Lake County cities are each their own municipality, with its own public-works office. FDEP does not issue dumpster permits. Each community page below names the correct governing office for a street permit, along with the access, housing stock and local landmarks we actually run into there.
The service area
The Mount Dora area and the closest communities, plus Leesburg, Clermont, Groveland, Umatilla, Lady Lake, Fruitland Park and more across the county.
The communities closest to our Mount Dora yard — Eustis and Tavares (the county seat) on the Harris Chain of Lakes, plus Sorrento and the Mount Plymouth area out toward the Wekiva corridor. These are the same-day group: a morning call here is usually on a truck the same afternoon.
The wider county we cover every week — Leesburg, Fruitland Park and Lady Lake up US-441 to the north; Umatilla, Howey-in-the-Hills and Astatula around the lakes; and Clermont, Groveland, Minneola, Montverde and Mascotte across the hillier south end along SR-50 and the Turnpike. Each is its own municipality with its own public-works office, and most are same- or next-day.

All 15 communities from our Mount Dora yard: the closest group — Eustis, Tavares, Sorrento and the Mount Plymouth area — plus Leesburg, Clermont, Groveland, Minneola, Umatilla, Howey-in-the-Hills, Astatula, Montverde, Mascotte, Fruitland Park and Lady Lake across the rest of the county. Mount Dora and the closest communities are the quickest; the towns farther out along US-441, SR-50 and the Turnpike are usually next-day.
Distance is a real cost, so a delivery to a farther city is not priced the same as one close to the Mount Dora yard. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
The city — not the state. For an address on a public street, sidewalk or right-of-way, you need a right-of-way permit from that city's Public Works office (Lake County Public Works for unincorporated addresses); on private property you need no permit at all, and there is no cubic-yard threshold or fire-department permit involved. Each Lake County city — Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares, Leesburg, Clermont and the rest — handles its own through its public-works office. FDEP does not issue these permits. Always confirm current requirements with the governing office before placement.
After a tropical storm or a summer thunderstorm that brings down limbs — and during the busy dry-season renovation and roofing months, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. Active construction sites book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and any steep or narrow access, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 15 communities listed on this page, from the Mount Dora area through the rest of Lake County on our list. If your address is close to that footprint but not listed, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
