Twelve service lines, four container sizes, one flat price. Everything we run out of the 21244 FL-46 yard.

Most of what follows is the same truck, the same four container sizes and the same flat rate. What genuinely differs between a re-roofing tear-off and an estate cleanout is the sizing logic — one is limited by weight before it is a third full, the other runs out of room while barely registering on the scale — and the rules about what has to be kept out of the load. Those two things are what these pages are really about.
If you already know what you need, call (352) 706-8951 and skip the reading. If you are not sure whether your job is a junk removal or a full estate cleanout, or whether a demolition load needs its own container, the pages below say so plainly. Our FAQ page answers the questions we field most often, and the sizing guide works through the maths.

How it works
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or jobsite. If the surface needs protection we will say so before we set it down.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean metal, concrete and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than landfilled where we can. You get your driveway or lot back the way you left it.
Why us
The phone rings at our yard on 21244 FL-46 in Mount Dora. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight lakeside street in downtown Mount Dora and a wide-open new-build lot out toward Clermont.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early and most orders in Mount Dora and the closest Golden Triangle addresses go out the same day. Eustis, Tavares and Leesburg are usually same- or next-day; farther spots like Clermont and Lady Lake are more often next-day — honestly, and in advance.
Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a narrow street, a shared driveway, or a busy commercial site needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your concrete load, that is what we will quote you.
Lake County sits in hurricane country, so Atlantic storms, tropical systems and near-daily summer thunderstorms put storm-debris work on the calendar with little notice. We turn those containers around quickly, and we know the area's steadier rhythm too: a fast-growing Orlando-metro market of new subdivisions, lakeside remodels and estate cleanouts that keeps renovation and cleanout containers moving year-round.

Roll-off container rental, first and foremost — twelve service lines covering residential, commercial, construction, roofing, junk removal, estate cleanouts, demolition debris, concrete and heavy debris, yard waste, same-day work and storm debris cleanup after a Central Florida thunderstorm, tropical storm or hurricane. Every one of them uses the same four container sizes and the same flat-rate pricing; what changes is how we size the load and what we tell you to keep out of it.
The container and the disposal are what cost money, not the label on the job. A 20 yard for a roof tear-off and a 20 yard for a house cleanout are priced the same way — base rate, rental period, and a stated tonnage allowance. Heavy material such as concrete is the exception, because it is priced by weight with an agreed fill level rather than by volume.
Usually yes. General construction and household debris can go in together. What should stay out is hazardous waste of any kind, plus the handful of materials Florida keeps out of lined landfills, and it helps everyone — sorting and disposal costs less — when clean concrete, scrap metal and yard debris are kept separate on site rather than mixed into a general load.
We do. Retail, restaurant, office and property-management accounts run scheduled swap-outs with us, which matters given how much building and renovation is happening across Lake County. We will build the schedule around your project rather than force a flat annual contract on you.
Hazardous waste of any kind, paint and solvents, fuel and oil, propane tanks, asbestos, refrigerant appliances, ammunition and medical waste. Mattresses, textiles, tires, batteries and electronics need separate handling under Florida's landfill rules. Every service page lists the specifics, and our guide to what can and cannot go in a dumpster covers where each of these actually has to go instead.
Service area
We run roll-off containers out of our Mount Dora yard on FL-46 across every corner of Lake County — all fifteen communities we cover. That means the cities right around the yard — Eustis, Tavares, Sorrento and Mount Plymouth in the Golden Triangle — plus Leesburg, Clermont, Groveland, Minneola, Umatilla, Howey-in-the-Hills, Astatula, Montverde, Mascotte, Fruitland Park and Lady Lake across the rest of Lake County. Mount Dora and the closest Golden Triangle addresses are usually same-day; the cities farther out along US-441, SR-50 and the Turnpike are typically same- or next-day. If your address is not listed, call anyway. We likely still get there.
